1. Refund Overview
We, at INNVICTIS EDUTECH (a part of Innvictis Solutions LLP) are dedicated to providing high-quality
services to our clients. As a service-based company, our offerings primarily involve intangible
services. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not applicable. This policy outlines
the exceptional circumstances under which refund requests may be considered on a case-to-case
basis.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Service Non-Delivery: If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services within
the stipulated time frame. We’ll let you know the reason, and initiate your refund in accordance with
this policy.
- Unavailability of Service: In cases where we are unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to
unforeseen circumstances.
3. What’s not refunded?
- The initial registration fee which covers the basic assessment of your profile and the subsequent
provision of study options.
- The service fee against our online or in-person counseling.
- Payment made for our Psychometric test, which involves a unique coupon code. Once the code is
used, it cannot be redeemed, changed, or reused for any other test. Due to the associated costs, a
refund will not be initiated after the coupon code for the psychometric test has been shared with
you.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

request, providing relevant details and any supporting documentation.
- Review Process: Our team will review your request and assess it’s eligibility based on the outlined
criteria.
- Communication of Decision: You will be notified of the decision regarding your refund request. If
approved, details about the refund process will be communicated and the refund will be
subsequently processed.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Completed services that were delivered as agreed.
- Services for which the delivery was delayed due to reasons beyond our control.
- Your voluntary withdrawal from our services without providing a specific and legible reason.
- In the event that you have received some of the agreed-upon services, and you decide to opt-out
moving forward.
- In the event that the university/college/institute refuses to consider your application, while we have
already processed your application.
- In the event that immigration authorities of a country refuse your visa application.
